All approved affiliates start at 15% commission (Advocate). When your referred sales reach $500 in a calendar month, you move up to 17% (Ambassador). At $1,500, you earn 19% (Partner). Tiers are calculated at the start of each new month based on your prior month's performance — and they update automatically. No forms to fill, no waiting.

Yes. To qualify for commission, the referred order must have a product subtotal of $30 CAD or more (before shipping and taxes). Orders below this threshold are not eligible. We recommend promoting bundles and multi-product orders — they convert better and earn you more.

Commissions are held for 30 days after the order date to account for our return window. Once that period has passed without a return or dispute, the commission is locked and included in your next monthly payout. If a return is processed before the 30-day hold clears, the associated commission is voided.

Your referral cookie stays active for 30 days. If someone clicks your link and purchases any time within that 30-day window, you earn the commission — even if they don't buy right away.

Once your application is approved, your affiliate dashboard will contain a personal discount code for your own purchases. This code is separate from your referral link and is for personal use only — it cannot be shared publicly.

Commissions are paid monthly once your balance reaches the $25 CAD minimum. We pay via PayPal or Canadian e-transfer, depending on your location. Earnings are subject to a 30-day hold from the order date before they lock — this protects both parties in the event of a return. Locked commissions are processed within the first 10 days of the following month.

Commissions are earned on all standard retail products in qualifying orders. Gift cards, wholesale orders, and purchases made using your personal affiliate discount code are not eligible for commission. Shipping charges and taxes are also excluded from the commission calculation.
