Gifty Serbeh-Dunn
Gifty Serbeh-Dunn founded Shea Butter Market and has led its product development, sourcing relationships, and brand identity for over twenty-five years. Her knowledge of shea butter is generational, growing up in Northern Ghana.
Gifty’s expertise spans product formulation, ethical sourcing, Health Canada cosmetic regulatory compliance, and small-batch manufacturing. She is the operational core of the business and the irreplaceable link between SBM’s origin story and its commercial credibility.
Alan Pratten
Alan Pratten brings more than fifty years of entrepreneurial and business management experience across multiple industries. His responsibilities at SBM encompass strategic planning, corporate financing, operational oversight, and business development.
He joined SBM to provide the executive infrastructure required to scale the business into new channels and markets, and is leading the current growth capital initiative.
Dmitriy Kuleshov
Dmitriy Kuleshov brings over 15 years of operations and business management experience across multiple industries.
At SBM, he oversees operational infrastructure, supply chain, technology implementation and works closely with the executive team to build the systems and processes required to support the company's growth.
Olena Sazonova
Olena Sazonova is a marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in branding, communications, and business growth across a variety of industries.
She leads the company’s brand positioning, digital marketing strategy, product presentation, and integrated marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints. Olena is responsible for translating SBM’s story, values, and product quality into a compelling and consistent brand presence across both physical and digital channels.
