Orders of $2,000 or more automatically receive a 20% discount on the invoice. For orders exceeding $5,000, our team will contact you directly to discuss customized terms.

Yes — that's what the scent dropdown is for. Choose a scent, set your quantity, click + Add, then change the scent and add again. Each scent appears as its own line in your quote. The MOQ applies per scent, not per product.

MOQ is the minimum number of units we can ship per line item. Case is how many units come in a standard shipping box. You don't have to order full cases, but doing so reduces packaging and often simplifies receiving on your end.

Standard lead time is 7-24 days from confirmed order and order volume. Rush orders are available at a surcharge, please request this in your notes.

Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a replacement or credit. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders for change of mind. All products carry an 18-month shelf life unopened. Most accounts turn inventory within 60–90 days.
